Custodian

Dare Capital Management requires each client to maintain a custodial arrangement with a brokerage firm or bank trust department. The custodian provides confirmation of trades and regular statements. Dare Capital Management has a clearing brokerage arrangement with TD Ameritrade Institutional and its clearing firm, Ameritrade, Inc., and, if appropriate for individual client needs, may recommend that clients establish an account with TD Ameritrade Institutional. Dare Capital Management receives no compensation from TD Ameritrade Institutional for such recommendations.

Management Agreement

An agreement between Dare Capital Management and the client will be executed outlining the responsibilities and authorities placed with the manager.

Reporting

Clients receive monthly statements from the custodian. Dare Capital Management provides a quarterly portfolio review with performance and tax information.
