 Investment Professionals Will W. Woodard III, CFP®, President of Dare Capital Management, is a native of Wilson, N.C. He is a 1984 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Speech Communications. After graduating UNC, Will moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina where he was employed in restaurant accounting, management, and sales for 16 years. Will worked as a self-directed investor, estate administrator, and trustee for three years while opening his own practice. Will is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and NC-licensed real estate broker. Will’s professional affiliations include memberships in NAPFA, the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, a Fee-Only advisor’s organization, and the Financial Planning Association. He lives in Nags Head, is the proud father of a terrific son, Leo, and enjoys reading about and learning from the great investors, helping with Leo’s sports teams, surfing, fishing, and 1960's Blue Note jazz.
